Position: Head of Client Services and Workplace Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned and proficient leader to manage various teams dedicated to providing Client End User Computing, Workstation as a Service (WaaS), and Workplace Support. As the Head of Client Services and Workplace Solutions, you will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, maintaining SLA compliance, and fostering ongoing enhancements through innovative digital solutions and advanced technologies.

Your primary objective will be to elevate the customer experience to exceptional standards of service and support excellence.

In this capacity, you will guide, mentor, and develop teams situated across multiple regions, including the US, Canada, Mexico, and Global Delivery Centers. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing daily operations, managing service delivery, and ensuring quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a substantial team of employees, contractors, and offshore personnel
  • Oversee financial performance and cost management of the services
  • Promote efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Guarantee high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will possess over a decade of experience in delivering customer-centric Workstations as a Service (WaaS) and Workplace Support outsourcing, along with expertise in P&L management. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
