Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Assist in training kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and work areas.
  • Organize and set up buffets and banquets.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations.
Supervisory Structure

This position reports to the General Cook.

Culinary Specialties

Experience with East Indian cuisine is preferred.
