Program Overview

At Amazon, we are committed to developing the next generation of leaders through our Pathways Operations Leadership Development Program. This three-year program is designed for MBA and master's program graduates who are looking to launch their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment.

As a participant in the Pathways program, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, develop your leadership skills, and gain exposure to Amazon's operations network. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team, working closely with senior leaders and other talented professionals to drive business results.

What to Expect

As an intern in the Pathways program, you can expect to work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives
  • Analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive results
  • Presenting and delivering long-term, scalable solutions to senior leaders

You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with exposure to Amazon's operations network and the chance to develop your skills and expertise.

Requirements

To be eligible for the Pathways program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be currently enrolled in an MBA or equivalent master's level program
  • Have 3+ years of full-time industry work experience, or 3+ years of military work experience
  • Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be able to dive deep into data and provide thought-provoking, workable business solutions
  • Have a bias for action and a passion for rolling up sleeves and getting things done
