Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our Marketing and Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of brand plans, budgets, and promotional activities for assigned brands. Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute brand plans, budgets, and forecasts for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to support brand strategies, manage content on social media channels, and analyze sales results.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize brand performance and identify opportunities to drive sales and market growth.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the production and launch of marketing materials, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Medical team to ensure content accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare salesforce briefings, track budgets and marketing program implementation, and analyze sales results to adjust strategies as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience with healthcare products targeting consumers or patients, with 1-2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing initiatives, including social media and SEO, strong analytical skills, and strategic business sense.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong organizational abilities.
