Associate Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our Marketing Department at BioSyent Pharma Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support brand strategy development and execution in a dynamic environment.
As an Associate Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand success and contributing to our company's growth. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of brand plans, budgets, and promotional activities for assigned brands.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand success.
- Marketing Materials: Oversee the production and launch of marketing materials, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
- Content Management: Manage content on social media channels, including paid search, SEO, and blog updates.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize brand performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare salesforce briefings, track budgets and marketing program implementation, and analyze sales results to adjust strategies as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience with healthcare products targeting consumers or patients.
- Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing initiatives, including social media and SEO, strong analytical skills, and strategic business sense.
