Associate Brand Lead

We are seeking a talented Associate Brand Lead to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers, providing personalized shopping experiences that exceed their expectations.
- Merchandise Department Management: Lead a team of associates in the merchandise department, providing coaching and training to ensure optimal sales results.
- Store Initiatives: Execute activities related to store initiatives, offering customers additional products and services that meet their needs.
- Associate Development: Provide coaching and training to associates on the team and throughout the store, fostering a performance culture that delivers positive outcomes.
- Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience in managing selling teams within a multi-channel customer contact center.
- Strong Prioritization and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Self-Motivated Leader: A self-motivated leader who takes initiative to support customer and associate experience.
- Development and Growth: Showcase development and ongoing interest in pursuing a management/leadership position with the organization.
