Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out
Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process check-in and check-out procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
Guest ServicesProvide information on hotel facilities and services, including room amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
Complaint ResolutionInvestigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Front Desk OperationsProcess guest requests, answer phone calls, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Cash Handling and InventoryBalance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
Team CollaborationWork collaboratively with other front desk staff to ensure seamless guest service and efficient front desk operations.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
