Photo Lab Assistant Manager
The Photo Lab Assistant Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Department Manager by overseeing staff to ensure that merchandising, customer service, and operational standards are upheld within the lab and photo counter. This position also encompasses various management responsibilities as needed.
This role emphasizes customer interaction, requiring individuals to excel in a dynamic environment while delivering exceptional service in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the photo lab.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Guide and train staff in best practices for merchandising and operational procedures.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in photography technology and industry trends.
We prefer candidates with at least one year of retail management experience, but we also welcome applicants without prior management roles. A strong passion for photography and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.

As a Regular Part-Time employee, you will be scheduled for a minimum of 1456 hours per year, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week as needed. Candidates must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends.
