Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Photo Lab Specialist to join our team at London Drugs. As a key member of our Photofinishing department, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality prints and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Print Production: Print, process, and sort film of all sizes and types, ensuring high-quality results and meeting production deadlines.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot equipment under the direction of the Photo Lab Manager, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Chemical Management: Mix and handle chemicals in accordance with safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Digital Imaging: Scan film using a PC for digital delivery of images, ensuring accurate and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Skills: Possess experience with film processing, photography equipment, and basic desktop applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook or equivalent).
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other technical departments, such as Photo Electronics and mobile phones, to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Adaptability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the demands of our busy Photofinishing department.
