About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Mechanic and Millwright to join our team at Fraser Plastics Ltd. As a key member of our fabrication and maintenance team, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining complex industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Assembly and Repair: Assemble and repair industrial machinery and equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Fabrication and Maintenance: Construct and maintain foundations for machinery, perform routine maintenance work, and operate machining tools to fabricate parts.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure seamless equipment operation and maintenance.
Work Environment

As an Industrial Mechanic and Millwright at Fraser Plastics Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on safety and quality. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and with heavy equipment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in industrial mechanics and millwrighting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
