We are a leading manufacturer of audio and video infrastructure equipment for the television broadcast and film industry.
Job Summary:
The SMT Feeder/Loader is responsible for loading and unloading electronic components onto and from feeders, as well as assisting the Machine Operator with loading and unloading feeders on and off the machine line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve the correct stencil for printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Locate and retrieve all necessary components from the floor inventory.
- Load feeders and unload feeders off-line.
- Assist the Machine Operator with loading and unloading feeders on and off the machine line.
- Put away inventory and stencils in a neat and organized manner.
- Meet manufacturing and quality targets.
- Be available to work weekends as needed.
- Perform other tasks as required by the production team.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 graduate or equivalent.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- General knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working in a production environment or with similar equipment.
