Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our mental health and substance use team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing intensive outreach nursing care, case management, and mental health and substance use support services for assigned clients.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans to maximize community functioning and reduce re-hospitalization.
  • Work in close association with inter-professional community mental health and substance use staff, emergency services, Indigenous partners, and community service providers.
Requirements
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant or a practicing RPN registrant.
  • Minimum 2 years nursing experience in mental health and substance use programming or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
