Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and nursing practice activities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe and competent patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and nursing practice
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Completion of a post-graduate perioperative nursing course or two years of recent experience in an equivalent setting
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Ability to promote safe, competent patient care
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the healthcare team
