About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Love Canada Immigration Consultancy. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information regarding our services.
  • Service Delivery: Assist clients in navigating our services, including advertising and sales promotion strategies, and provide guidance on how to achieve their goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including correspondence and issue resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a private company setting, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
