Campaign Specialist Role Overview

This is a key contributor position to the eBay Ads strategy, requiring thorough onboarding to understand collective goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with Marketing Managers to understand overall strategy across Ads products
  • Collaborate with Marketing Enablement teams on designing marketing journeys and converting business ideas into actionable tasks
  • Manage campaign briefings in Monday.com
  • Partner with Audience Enablement team on defining criteria for Persistent Audiences
  • Manage creatives in Composer (UEP), own setup and QA of new content
  • Manage content development and audience alignment
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing
  • Analyze campaign results and help drive business strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing organizations
  • Proficient in project management tools, Airtable, etc
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders at varying levels
  • Understanding of data-driven direct marketing including emails/banners, customer segmentation, and content
  • Proactive with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Flexible; can effectively manage through a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work quickly and well under pressure
