About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at DACS MARKETING & SPONSORSHIP INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Design and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Develop and edit marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of marketing messaging
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
    • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
  • Support for Indigenous People
    • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people
  • Support for Mature Workers
    • Apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination
  • Support for Visible Minorities
    • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
