Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Advertising Campaign Organizer to join our team at HaulerAds Inc. This position is essential for the successful execution of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and marketing programs.
  • Create written materials including reports, briefs, and website content.
  • Handle administrative duties efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Respond to both written and verbal inquiries.
  • Build a portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and website promotions.
  • Formulate marketing strategies tailored to our objectives.
  • Design and execute comprehensive business plans.
  • Maintain and oversee a digital database.
  • Consult with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support.
  • Supervise office staff and volunteers, ranging from 5 to 10 individuals.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for campaigns.
  • Plan and lead advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze data and information, preparing insightful reports.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing, advertising, and sales strategies.
  • Establish partnerships to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 5-10 personnel.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Publisher, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Experience with electronic mail systems.
