About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team at Guac Mexi Grill Innisfil as a Culinary Team Member. This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Food Cost Management: Determine food portion sizes and costs to maintain optimal profitability and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
  • Food Allergy Accommodations: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining a well-stocked kitchen and adhering to quality standards.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
