Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations

At Behaviour Interactive, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our influencer management and public relations efforts. As Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you'll set the global direction for our current and upcoming live games, empowering your team to create high-quality, high-return influencer campaigns. You'll foster collaboration with partners, cultivate relationships with agencies and the press worldwide, and advocate for influencer and PR initiatives. Your expertise will drive the success of our PR efforts, and you'll be responsible for communicating player experience insights and addressing negative sentiment and press. You'll also validate and manage the influencer and PR budgets for all our games and mentor a team of influencer managers and PR managers. If you have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with solid experience launching games and working on GaaS campaigns, we want to hear from you. Knowledge of the current game community, influencers, and journalists is a strong plus. You'll be a strong collaborator, able to develop new initiatives and drive positive ROI.
