Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations

Behaviour Interactive is a leading game development studio, and we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our influencer management and public relations efforts. As a Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you'll be responsible for setting the global direction for influencer management and public relations across our current and upcoming live games.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute high-quality influencer campaigns that drive engagement and ROI;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and creativity;
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and press worldwide;
- Advocate for influencer and PR initiatives, establish KPIs, and communicate their impact to partner teams and leadership;
- Manage influencer and PR budgets for all games, ensuring effective allocation and ROI;
- Mentor and coach a team of influencer managers and PR managers, promoting growth, development, and data-informed approaches.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of launching games and driving GaaS campaigns;
- Knowledge of the current game community, influencers, and journalists is a strong plus;
- Strong understanding of influencer and PR KPIs, with a history of driving positive ROI and staying up-to-date on industry trends;
- Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a passion for team building and mentoring;
- Proven ability to collaborate with partner teams to ensure the success of influencer and PR efforts;
- Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus.
