Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Holman Enterprises. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business plans into HR operational plans that comply with company policy and practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and management skills.
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support business operations.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in human resources, with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Advanced understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR data and develop insights that inform business decisions.
