Your Role:
As a Beauty Consultant, you will deliver exceptional and informed service to all customers in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.

  • Client Engagement: Welcome every customer with warmth and enthusiasm. Provide knowledgeable assistance to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Share your expertise on products as needed, and offer makeovers when appropriate.
  • Training & Development: Ensure that comprehensive brand training is effectively completed for designated team members. Actively seek additional product knowledge and assist in cross-training fellow Beauty Consultants.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory management and communicate any inventory-related issues to the Manager. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures, stay informed about in-store events, and engage in initiatives to minimize loss. Designated consultants should be well-versed in cashier responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
