Job Summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Leader to oversee and challenge risk management activities to address evolving technology risks. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading key initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the annual planning process to enhance technology risk challenge activities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on technology risk challenge activities
  • Communicate and escalate technology risks effectively
  • Support ongoing programs with high technology risk
  • Ensure adherence to ORM Framework for technology groups
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technology and cybersecurity risks
  • Collaborate with executives and risk professionals
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology risk management

Requirements

  • Ability to work in ambiguity and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Strong influencing, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Proven experience in change management and risk assessment
  • Understanding of risk management frameworks, tech risk operations, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in Technology Risk Management, Technology Solutions, or Internal Audit
  • Strong analytical and team-building skills

Education & Accreditation

  • Completion of TD Operational Risk Management certification
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field
  • Preferably accredited with CISSP, CISM, or similar
