Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Instructor (Supervisor) to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality swimming lessons and a safe learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate student performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance their learning experience.
  • Utilize problem-solving and creative thinking skills to address challenges and concerns that students may encounter during lessons.
  • Conduct regular inspections of pool areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained, reporting any issues to management as necessary.
  • Maintain and organize pool equipment, ensuring it is stored properly and easily accessible.
  • Report any accidents or incidents to management promptly and accurately.
  • Supervise and assist with light cleaning duties, such as tidying the pool area and removing trash.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Commit to working a minimum of three shifts per week, with a minimum of 12 hours per week.
  • Previous experience in delivering high-quality swimming lessons and supervision is highly preferred.
