Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at WIN Auto Glass & Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring timely and efficient use of resources.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and greet visitors, providing exceptional customer service and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and key in correspondence, legal documents, and other administrative materials, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
