Food Service Manager

Norm's Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate tray assembly.
- Establish and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands and priorities.
- Client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
