Job Summary

Nu-Way Personnel Inc. is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staffing department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze staffing needs to determine recruitment strategies
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent
  • Coordinate the selection process, including interviews and assessments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
