We are a leading manufacturer of precision parts and components, and we are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team.

Job Summary

The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing and implementing production programs, conducting quality assurance checks, and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production programs using computer-aided design (CAD) software and computer numerical control (CNC) machines
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards
  • Collaborate with production team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency
  • Inspect processes and equipment to identify areas for improvement
  • Collect and analyze data to inform process improvements and quality control measures
  • Develop and implement manufacturing procedures and protocols
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate production
  • Use programming software to develop and implement production programs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in CNC programming and manufacturing a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
