About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at CNC Custom Machining & Fabricating Inc. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect Processes: Conduct regular inspections of our manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Set Machine or Equipment Controls: Work with our engineering team to set up and maintain machine controls to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Conduct Work Measurement or Other Studies: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and Carry Out Health, Safety, and Fire Prevention Plans: Collaborate with our safety team to develop and implement plans to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collect and Compile Operational or Experimental Data: Gather and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Collect and Analyze Data and Samples: Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Read Blueprints and Drawings: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production and assembly.Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • MS Outlook: Utilize email and calendar tools to manage communication and scheduling.
    • MS PowerPoint: Create presentations to communicate with stakeholders and team members.
    • MS Word: Develop reports and documents to support quality initiatives.
    • MS Windows: Operate computer systems and software to perform daily tasks.
