About the Role

CNC Custom Machining & Fabricating Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect Processes: Conduct regular inspections of our manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Set Machine or Equipment Controls: Develop and implement control procedures to ensure the accuracy and precision of our equipment.
  • Conduct Work Measurement or Other Studies: Analyze data and develop reports to identify areas for process improvement and optimize production efficiency.
  • Develop and Carry Out Health, Safety, and Fire Prevention Plans: Collaborate with our safety team to develop and implement plans to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collect and Compile Operational or Experimental Data: Gather and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our processes.
  • Collect and Analyze Data and Samples: Conduct quality control checks on our products and materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Read Blueprints and Drawings: Interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate production and assembly of our products.Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • MS Outlook: Utilize MS Outlook to manage emails and communicate with team members.
    • MS PowerPoint: Create presentations to communicate with team members and stakeholders.
    • MS Word: Utilize MS Word to create reports and documents.
    • MS Windows: Operate MS Windows to access and manage company data.Area of Specialization
      • Development of Quality Assurance Programs: Collaborate with our quality team to develop and implement quality assurance programs.Transportation/Travel Information
