Productivity Platform Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 Platform.
  • Align the use of the platform's tools with senior management's strategic plan.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, providing mentorship and supporting ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with various business units to align the platform with their specific needs and act as the primary point of contact for all platform-related inquiries.
  • Actively participate in operational tasks and resolve complex technical issues, dedicating at least 75% of your time to technical and operational tasks.
  • Plan and execute platform development projects from design to completion, creating project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimize platform performance by conducting regular assessments and gathering feedback to guide continuous improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for users to maximize platform usage and provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Significant experience (at least 5 years) in platform management, software development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (both oral and written).
  • Proven leadership skills, project management experience, and a strong mastery of Microsoft 365 productivity tools, with a demonstrated track record in managing a small team.
Mandatory:
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, among others.
  • Experience with data connectors, Dataverse limits, and security model (role levels, record ownership).
  • Experience working with SharePoint Online and MS Teams, and using Power Apps and Power Automate to extend SharePoint functionalities.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, along with a continuous improvement mindset.
