Objective:

Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Post Settlements team, ensuring that individual objectives and initiatives align with the broader business strategies and goals. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

  3. Identify and implement procedural enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce operational risks.
  4. Resolve complex issues by determining root causes and preventing future occurrences.
  5. Examine interdepartmental processes that may lead to exceptions and understand the necessary actions for resolution.
  6. Reconcile and finalize monthly borrowing and lending statements, including fail claims.
  7. Consider the bank's risk appetite and culture in daily operations and decision-making.
  8. Strive for operational excellence in your area, ensuring effective business controls to meet obligations related to operational risk, regulatory compliance, and conduct risk.
  9. Foster a high-performance environment by implementing strategies that attract, retain, and develop talent while promoting an inclusive workplace.
