As a Financial Solutions Advisor, you will assist customers and potential clients both over the phone and in person, ensuring a top-tier service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting loan information.
- Promoting our loan and protection offerings.
- Finalizing loans both virtually and face-to-face.
- Following up on overdue customer accounts.
- Managing cash controls, including payment processing.
- Committing to your ongoing training and development to help us deliver an exceptional borrowing experience that fosters customer trust and loyalty.
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
