At PointClickCare, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management for our Senior Care Revenue Cycle domain. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution for all capabilities in the revenue cycle portfolio across Senior Care customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and communicate strategy, priorities, and roadmaps to all stakeholders and align on outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers, collaborating and supporting product delivery efforts, including strong internal partnership with Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, and other operational teams.
- Collaborate heavily with leadership across the company to evaluate, prioritize, and execute on the most promising new opportunities, as well as maintaining and improving existing products.
- Draw upon your deep familiarity with the healthcare domain and customer needs, as well as your strong product sense, to ensure success across the entire product portfolio.
- Bring a collaborative approach and lead as a player-coach to ensure successful outcomes for our customers, while optimizing time to value.
- Approach your work with a natural curiosity and use a data-driven decision-making process and foster that culture within your team.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study.
- 8+ years experience in Product Management, preferably in healthcare and SaaS business with working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models.
- 3+ year experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Passion for understanding customer needs with a demonstrable track record delivering software with exceptional user experiences.
- A strong balance of strategic and tactical skills, and ability to achieve business goals while making difficult tradeoff decisions.
- High degree of adaptability and experience creating clarity from ambiguity and driving execution.
- Excellent listener, communicator, cross-functional leader, natural facilitator, with influencing skills at all levels of the organization, particularly with executive audiences.
- Ability to represent the company with insight, integrity, and confidence while working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic leader with a positive and resilient personality who embraces change and desires continuous iteration and improvement on products and processes.
Salary: $187,000 - $210,000 a year. At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The CAD base salary range for this position is $187,000 - $210,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits.
