As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our Senior Care Revenue Cycle product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Senior Care Revenue Cycle product portfolio.
- Lead a team of product managers to create backlogs and prioritize product investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer success, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Represent the company with insight, integrity, and confidence while working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive business growth and revenue through strategic product decisions.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare and SaaS business.
- 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Passion for understanding customer needs with a demonstrable track record delivering software with exceptional user experiences.
- Strong balance of strategic and tactical skills, and ability to achieve business goals while making difficult tradeoff decisions.
- High degree of adaptability and experience creating clarity from ambiguity and driving execution.
- Excellent listener, communicator, cross-functional leader, natural facilitator, with influencing skills at all levels of the organization, particularly with executive audiences.
- Competitive salary range: $187,000 - $210,000 per year.
