About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Sustainability Officer to lead our global sustainability strategy and drive positive change across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead a high-performing sustainability leadership team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into product development, supply chain management, and corporate operations.
  • Partner with Amer Sports Group and sister brands to share best practices and maintain collaboration on common goals.
  • Define and direct forward-thinking metrics and ensure consistent, credible reporting on our sustainability initiatives and science-based targets.
  • Develop and execute innovative sustainability strategies that position us as a leader in global sustainability practices.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in leading brand sustainability programs, with a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Advanced education in a focused area, such as sustainability or environmental management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sustainability strategies, with a strong understanding of chemical, materials, and product environmental impacts.
  • Experience with complex project management, including coordinating multi-stakeholder interests and cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
