About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at The Good Samaritan Society. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Assist with transportation and mobility needs
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
