Key Responsibilities- Oversee and direct staff activities
- Assess daily operations for efficiency
- Encourage and motivate team members
- Plan and manage budgetary allocations and expenses
- Organize and streamline daily operational tasks
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
- Coordinate and confirm appointments
- Administer contracts
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Address employee questions and concerns

- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
