Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at TB Food Services Inc DBA Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase sales.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
