At Seequent, a Bentley Systems company, we are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our North American operations. In this pivotal position, you will utilize your skills to oversee and expand significant enterprise accounts, enabling our clients to fully harness the capabilities of our cutting-edge subsurface software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a select portfolio of enterprise accounts, pinpointing opportunities to deliver value and stimulate revenue growth.
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional support and view Seequent as a pioneering entity in the Civil and Environmental sectors.
  • Engage with technical, operational, and executive-level stakeholders to promote user engagement, account expansion, solution selling, retention, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge success and effectiveness.
  • Provide and coordinate technical, domain-specific, and commercial insights with prompt responses, effective problem-solving, and tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the organization's growth by enhancing our brand visibility and market presence.
  • Utilize the strengths of the broader North American team, including Go-To-Market teams, Customer Solutions, and Regional Operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and closing substantial, intricate enterprise transactions.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment within a sales context.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Ability to think strategically and formulate and implement account plans.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, engaging with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated sales achievements with a history of surpassing targets.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, identifying client requirements, and providing customized solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management proficiency.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Adaptable to evolving market conditions and client needs.
  • Resilient with a positive outlook in the face of challenges.
