Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Localization Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Canada. As a Localization Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of European Spanish language content in video games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proofread and identify European Spanish language errors
  • Ensure console manufacturer guidelines are met
  • Write reports of all errors/bugs found to help improve the game
  • Provide feedback on the game to ensure it meets the required standards
  • Identify missing or incorrect content and ensure it is corrected
  • Perform ad hoc translations as required

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in European Spanish is mandatory
  • Strong cultural understanding of Spain
  • Excellent proficiency in English is essential
  • Basic proficiency in French is required for communication and collaboration
  • Computer literacy, particularly with Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
