About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our growing team as the Sector Head of Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) for ESG Research Reporting. As a key member of our ESG Research team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our ESG Research offering to meet growing demand from our investor clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a global team of ESG research analysts to publish timely ESG data and analysis on over 1,400 companies.
  • Ensure that TMT ratings reflect the latest publicly available data in a timely manner through the resourcing and management of a global research team.
  • Maintain the relevance of our industry-specific rating approach through continual methodology reviews, including the evaluation of sustainability practices and reporting across the TMT sector.
  • Support investor clients with utilizing our research, including through the publication of thought leadership that translates ISS ESG data into actionable insights.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to maintain high research quality.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or Sustainability (preferred).
  • CFA designation is a plus.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including with management responsibility.
  • Capital markets experience (e.g., security research, portfolio management, risk management, investment stewardship), including with technology, media, or telecommunications companies.
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., GRI, TCFD, ESRS, IFRS).
  • Proficiency in modeling, data analysis, and quantitative research methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
