We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Burnt Toast Cafe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Food Preparation and CookingPrepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including special meals for patients with dietary restrictions.
Kitchen MaintenanceClean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Inventory ManagementRequisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work Schedule35 to 40 hours per week.
