Farm Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Farm Supervisor to join our team at T&R Brar farm Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize farm operations
- Organize and oversee the activities of farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Maintain accurate financial and production records
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- 3-4 years of experience in farm management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
