Farm Operations Manager

T&R Brar farm Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Farm Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, organizing farm activities, and ensuring the safety and bio-security of our farm.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize farm tasks and activities
- Organize and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Maintain accurate financial and production records
- Ensure compliance with farm safety and bio-security procedures
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- 3-4 years of experience in farm operations or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
The Farm Supervisor will work in a fast-paced farm environment with a team of experienced farm workers. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week and will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
