Job Summary

We're seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Saint John, NB. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work closely with our Commercial Account Executive, and drive business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional service to customers, addressing their insurance needs and concerns.
  • Process incoming commercial paperwork, assist with quotes, and review existing coverage to ensure optimal solutions for our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies, underwriters, and adjusters to resolve claims and negotiate renewal terms.
  • Source and obtain additional information requested by underwriters, complete applications, and issue insurance certificates.
  • Process endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments to ensure seamless transactions.
Requirements
  • High school and/or post-secondary education.
  • 3 years of commercial insurance experience, including property/casualty and automobile.
  • A valid insurance license for New Brunswick or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong customer focus, previous sales experience, and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
