Actuarial Analyst – Retirement & Health Benefits

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct actuarial assessments for retirement and health benefit plans
- Prepare financial disclosures and forecast expenses
- Develop pension schemes and executive compensation packages
- Perform experience analyses and manage plan fluctuations
- Work collaboratively with a diverse group to address actuarial challenges
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, or a related discipline
- Proficient analytical and Excel capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn and adapt to new methodologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively and meet project deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
