Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team at Rose Monachino - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing leads, and marketing our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our insurance products
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience and a successful track record of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • OTL/RIBO licence required or in the process
  • Life licence not required but an asset
