Sales Representative Job Description Job Summary The Sales Representative is a key member of the M S International team, responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with fabricators and kitchen and bath (K&B) businesses within a designated geographic territory. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers to increase sales and market share * Provide product knowledge and training to customers' store personnel to ensure effective product presentation and negotiation * Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and product positioning to effectively promote M S International's offerings * Manage displays, samples, and sales tools to ensure customer availability * Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth * Utilize marketing tools to broaden reach and promote company products * Research and analyze customer needs and demands to inform sales strategies * Investigate and resolve customer claims and issues * Attend trade shows and travel as required Requirements * Bachelor's degree required * 2+ years of experience in channel distribution sales * Minimum 2 years of related industry experience in natural stone, slab, or hard flooring industries * Strong math skills and ability to calculate figures and amounts * Results-oriented with ability to work independently and within a team environment * Intermediate computer proficiency * Valid driver's license * Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time Preferred Qualifications * Industry experience in countertop, distribution, and building materials sales * Excellent sales and negotiation skills * Good communication and people skills * Confidence and motivation to work towards targets * Good organizational and time management skills * Ability to work well alone or within a team * Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving * Resilience to deal with customers who turn down opportunities * Bilingual in Spanish a plus
