Job Title: Sales Representative

EPIC Technical Sales is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-Level Executives, system architects, hardware engineers, software engineers, and purchasing organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, applications engineering, and global sales teams to develop and execute account strategies and new business opportunities
  • Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to promote technical and business solutions to customers
  • Negotiate contracts, statements of work, pricing, and development agreements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferably Engineering Background
  • Expertise in the field of electronics systems required
  • 5+ years of sales experience in semiconductor industry
  • Presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to work at all levels of a customer organization, C-Level Executives through material management and design engineering organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with key accounts and distributor partners
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Extremely well organized
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Excellent time and territory management skills
